The articles of association of a company are above all a contract between two or more persons (except for the one-person private company with limited liability). The articles of association set out the operating rules of a company or association: the articles of association contain, among other things, the clauses that will determine the operating rules of the company/association and govern relations with persons outside the company/association, the relations between partners/members themselves, the powers of its representatives.
