Our standard services cover the incorporation of straightforward French language statutes, accompanied by an English language translation and the initial basic information needed to get started.
In first instance, we would work on the English version, based on our relatively standard/flexible template, pre-filled based on a prior Q&A.
The French language version will be prepared when the English version is final.
We will respond your questions about the incorporation and the start of its operations, mostly verbally during two conference calls. In practice, an efficient cooperation for the start-up allows us to include some first-line assistance when you need so in the first months.

In addition, you have to take into account the costs of the notarial act (between 1500 EUR and 2.500 EUR depending on the notary selected).
