Daily management

Day-to-day management includes acts and decisions which do not exceed the needs of the daily life of the company and acts and decisions which, either because of the minor interest they represent or because of their urgent nature, do not require the intervention of the administrative body.

This definition is derived from articles 5:79, 6:67, 7:121, 9:10 and 11:14 of the SHA and thus applies to the SRL, SC, SA, ASBL and association.

Acts and decisions which meet one of the following criteria are part of the daily management

  • they do not exceed the needs of the daily life of the company, or
  • they represent a minor interest, or
  • they are of an urgent nature.
