Contract for agri-environmental measures

In the context of the operation of an energy production park, agri-environmental measures are practices or methods to avoid, reduce and, if possible, offset the significant negative effects of an  energy production project on the environment. These measures are imposed by the permit granted. In practice, it may be necessary for the wind developer to agree with an agricultural operator to develop areas of a certain size including a very particular vegetation, with the possible development of water points etc., in the vicinity of the energy production park.
