Commissionaire Agreement

An agreement whereby the Principal wishes to appoint the Company as a commissioned merchant (“commissionaire”) to purchase certain products, in its own name and for the account of the Principal, from certain suppliers, and to sell such Principal’s products, in its own name and for the account of the Principal, to customers in the defined Territory.
