In the context of the development and operation of a wind farm, it is necessary to install measuring masts on the plots of land where the project is located in order to carry out all the measurements and, for example, to measure the wind power and direction, to measure bat activity, etc., in order to be able to carry out an informed financial plan but also to manage technical constraints (e.g. by providing a bridle programme). To this end, the operator will have to rent part of the land on which he does not have the necessary land rights to install this installation. In this context, an agreement is necessary to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in compliance with legal and regulatory provisions.
