When operating a wind or solar farm, it is necessary for its proper operation and performance to avoid obstacles in the vicinity of the wind turbines/panels. The purpose of this contract is to create a non- construction easement, also known as an easement non altius tollendi and non aedificandi. This type of servitude consists in prohibiting the ownership of elements (buildings, plantations, etc.) exceeding a certain height on one land (used) for the benefit of another land (dominant).
